Forming SPM Machine
Description
A Hydraulic Forming SPM (Special Purpose Machine) is a customized industrial machine that uses hydraulic pressure to form, shape, bend, draw, emboss, or press metal and other suitable materials into a required component profile.
It is designed for specific production requirements and helps achieve consistent component quality, controlled forming force, and repeatable production.
For Bhavya Precision Tools & Components, this type of machine can be developed with custom hydraulic cylinders, forming dies, fixtures, and controls according to the customer's component drawing.
Working Process
Loading: The operator places the raw component or sheet metal into the fixture.
Clamping: The workpiece is positioned and secured.
Forming: The hydraulic cylinder drives the forming punch into the die.
Return stroke: The punch retracts after the required forming operation.
Unloading and inspection: The finished component is removed and checked for dimensions and surface defects.
One important question: What type of component do you want to manufacture on this machine — a sheet-metal cover, bracket, fan component, deep-drawn part, or another component?
